After passing her Legal Practise Course with a Distinction at Nottingham Law School, Sarah Wilkinson went on to earn a Post Graduate Diploma in Law. She also earned a B.A (Hons.) in European Business before completing her training at a law firm in Derby.
After qualifying as a Solicitor, Sarah worked for eleven years in Reading at a prestigious law firm as a Dispute Resolution and Insolvency Solicitor. During that time, she gained a wide range of experience in numerous sectors including accountancy, retail, advertising, construction, property and the financial services industries.
In the course of her involvement in a multiparty TUPE case, Sarah discovered her particular interest in employment law and began to develop her employment practise from there. With over twenty years of experience in dispute resolution, Sarah advises both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law. On behalf of her employer clients, Sarah regularly drafts employment contracts, staff handbooks and settlement agreements.
